Enerspec Consulting has been assisting homeowners, contractors, and builders since 2017.In the late 2010s, energy requirements for a build or renovation were (and still are!) evolving, and clients had energy requirements that they had to consider before starting a project had changed. There were also new energy programs offering rebates for homeowners, but with very few resources on how to ensure they received those rebates. It was clear that there was a need for a team of industry professionals to help bridge the gap between construction and energy efficiency/sustainable building, and from this Enerspec was created.
