At Marketplace Events, we are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience for all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, vendors, and staff. By attending, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and considerate manner at all times, treating others with dignity and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, or any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or unsafe will not be tolerated in any form, whether in person, online, or in communications related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome comments, offensive or discriminatory language, or actions that interfere with another person’s ability to enjoy the event. Participants are encouraged to report any concerns to event staff, security, or by visiting the show office. Marketplace Events may, at its sole discretion, take appropriate action, including removing anyone from the event who violates this Code of Conduct or applicable laws.

No, we do not have wheelchairs to rent or borrow.

You can purchase your tickets online or at the box office, outside Hall C.

Yes. There is parking onsite at the venue. Parking at the Edmonton EXPO Centre is $16.50 per entry. 

Yes, we offer re-entry wristbands if you would like to come back to the show. Visit our help desks to obtain a re-entry wristband.

Scan the QR codes of your favourite booths/companies you would like more information on. After the show you will receive an email with each exhibitors' information. If you scan at least 3, you could win tickets to the next show!

No. We do not allow dogs at any of our events, with the exception of service animals or animals that are accompanying our vendors.

Yes, the facility is fully wheelchair accessible.

No, we do not have any strollers to borrow.

There are no childcare facilities on-site.

An EMT-A is on duty in the First Aid room located in the front concourse of the Edmonton EXPO Centre.

Yes, a discount is available when you purchase your tickets online. Save on regular admission by purchasing your ticket in advance online. These discounted tickets allow you to skip long ticket line-ups at the show.

Yes, the Edmonton EXPO Centre supplies food and refreshments for all events at the facility in their concessions area, there is also concession stands throughout the show to grab a nice bite to eat as well as a variety of local food trucks inside the lounge.

Yes. For your convenience there is an ATM located between Hall C and Hall E.

The show office is located in the Hall C show office. Please ask venue staff for assistance.

The show has more than 150+ exhibitors and experts offering great products and ideas for decorating and renovating your home. You can also expect to see internationally known designers and speakers sharing their trade secrets to inspire you.

No, seating is available on a first-come, first serve basis. All celebrity performances are included in the price of your admission ticket.

The show can take between 2 and 4 hours to see, depending on your itinerary, goals and objectives. We recommend that you plan to spend a bit more time visiting with exhibitors, as they are quite varied and can serve as a valuable resource for your home and design questions.
