EXHIBITOR MOVE IN AND MOVE OUT
Move-In Schedule:
Edmonton Fall Home Show Move In Schedule
No persons under the age of fifteen (15) may be present on the show floor, or back of house areas, during Move In, Move Out, or while heavy machinery is operating
Move-Out Hours:
Sunday, October 16, 2022 7PM - 10PM
Monday, October 17, 2022 8AM - 12PM
Removal or dismantling of exhibits or exhibit materials will NOT be permitted before 6PM on Sunday, October 16,2022.
Move In and Move Out periods during events can be a dangerous time with vehicles, heavy machinery, overhead work, and many other hazards. Exhibitors should take particular care when working during this time and should take steps to protect themselves and others.
The Edmonton EXPO Centre requires exhibitors to wear proper closed toed shoes during this time and recommends that everyone working in the space wear a visibility vest.
Additionally, equipment operators are required to have their relevant licenses and must have copies of their license with them when working at EXPO. Anyone working above 10’ feet must use fall protection and have their fall protection certificate available upon request.
While Field Level Hazzard Assessments (FLHA) are not required for a typical Exhibitor moving into a standard booth, we do ask the Exhibitors stop and complete one before performing a potentially dangerous task, for example, working on a raised platform, using power tools, or operating heavy machinery. Click Here for the Field Level Hazzard Assessments Form.

BOOTH AWARDS & TIPS!
Each year, the Edmonton Fall Home Show awards five exhibitors, each in a different category, for standing out from their competition and peers. The categories for the booth awards are listed below, accompanied by the criteria our panel of judges look for when selecting the winning booth and company. We value all of the hard work our exhibitors put in to create their displays and design their spaces and award those who go above and beyond to put their best foot forward.
Best In Show | Regardless of size, this booth displays the most unique display and design of any other in the show. |
Best Large Space | This award goes out to the best booth that is 400 square feet or larger. |
Best Medium Space | This award goes out to the best booth that is 200 - 399 square feet. |
Best Small Space | This award goes out to the best booth that is 100 - 199 square feet. |
Social Savvy | This award goes out to the exhibitor who is active in promoting the show and their involvement in the show. |
